I really enjoyed the room at Grand Crystal Hotel with two queen size beds. The staff was very helpful and recommended some great local places. Its location near Xinchuang train station was really convenient.

My breakfast was complimentary. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was huge and reasonably spacious with balcony. Location: the hotel was just off Hsinchu City, many restaurants along the streets and Taichung. I dined minutes away from the property at Gyosankaishia.

We had a great stay in a modern, spacious hotel with new decor. the location was perfect, close to many good restaurants and fast food places within a 10 minute walk. the hotel was just off the main street which made it a quiet and peaceful stay. the room had clean, comfortable beds, a big bathroom with a hot tub, and other facilities like free laundry service on the roof level. Breakfast was included and was pretty good.
